I check my e-mail orders at least once a day. The items for sale are already on hand, so I can dispatch them quickly. Normally this is within a working day or two, depending on when your e-mail order is received and read. If for any reason I cannot do this, I will let you know as soon as possible. Don't forget that I may be in a different time zone.
Please allow at least 5 days for delivery within Australia.
Outside Australia, I send orders via air mail. Unfortunately delivery times are varying greatly, and I can't predict how long delivery will take. Click here to see what Australia Post says about delivery times.

With reasonable care your jewellery should last a long time — I'm still wearing pieces that I made years ago.
